Be it barefoot at the water's edge, hands digging in the dirt, or gazing at the stars, she took comfort and had a connection with heaven and the earth. Gardening, sewing, arts & crafts, reading, travelling, visiting, cooking, entertaining, and her kitty cats over the years were among some of the things that made her happy. She was full of love for and most proud of her family and the home life that she made for them. She cherished her friendships, both her lifelong friends and her new ones. Betty lovingly devoted herself to family, friends, and her nursing career.
