I first met Connie when I played at a tennis tournament at the Philadelphia Rifle Club. For some reason, she took a liking to me and became a mentor at every tournament where we both played or were involved in. I was relatively new on the circuit and she would always encourage me to persevere and do my best, but most of all, to enjoy the occassion.I will always appreciate her support, friendship and loving and jovial manor. I will miss her terrible, but will honor and always be grateful for the legacy she left behind.

Rob & Joe:
I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. She was such a great lady and meant so much to the community. I especially remember her from the Grace Womens' Retreats before we moved to central PA. I'm sharing a picture from the 1995 retreat at Kirk Ridge of Connie with Martha Weggel. Those were great fun. Connie also was so kind when my mom passed - sharing her remembrances of Grace Church, Manufacturer's and of course tennis - a passion for both of them. Our moms felt great mutual affection and respect for one another.
I'm sorry that I will be unable to attend the service on June 9, but I will be thinking of you that day. My prayers are with you and your family in your grief. I know that the Lord has welcomed Connie into His Kingdom saying, "Well done, good and faithful servant."

Dear Family Members of Constance. I am so sorry for your loss. Connie was very special to me. I met Connie at Grace Church between 2002 -2003. I was new to the church and she made me feel so welcome. She would ask questions and wanted to know more about me and my newborn baby, who is now 18 years old. I ended up sitting with her every Sunday when I came to church. It was interesting back then coming to church and not knowing people, I always hoped before entering the church on Sundays back then, that Connie would be present so I could sit with her. And she was always present. To be honest, that made me feel so happy.
I know that the family and the church have lost such a special soul, but I know that someone like me will always remember what a lovely person she was.
