We are so sad to learn of the passing of Mr. Gulli. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family for their loss.
So many of my childhood memories involve the Gulli family. We shared so many happy times, holidays and great meals with the Gulli’s. The Gulli family is so large and yet they always made us feel like we were part of their family too. My parents loved to spend time with Nick and Irene and they treasured their many trips they went on together. My Dad and Mr. Gulli were always laughing together and usually up to something ! I remember Mr. Gulli’s funny stories of some of their travels together, him talking about his favorite Jaguar automobile, his desire to have the right tool or piece of equipment for everything, his beautiful backyard on Tollgate Drive and his big, broad smile !
He was always there for our family. Please know that all of the Sherry’s will treasure his memory and keep his spirit of love and affection, that he shared with us, in our hearts forever. He was dearly loved and will be missed by many people; we are just a handful of many more.

To all the Gulli's family and dear friends. We are all so blessed for having Mr. Gulli in our lives. I will never forget his laughter and kind heart. He made everyone feel special and loved. Mr. And Mrs. Gulli went on many vacations with my parents and they always came home laughing and telling stories about their adventures.
Mr. Gulli always took time to ask us how we were and of course feed us. He made us all feel special.
My sincere and deep condolences to all. Mr. Gulli was loved by all and will be truly missed. His legacy of love, laughter and family will live on.

I don't know where to begin with memories of Nick. Our wonderful friendship of almost 50 years, Howard and I treasured every trip, every dinner and every laugh we had with Nick. What a great and special friend! He was the best, and I loved to hear him laugh. God be with you and know that we are so grateful to have had him in our lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you, his beloved family. Love, Betty Sherry

My dear Uncle Nick has "always" been extremely special to me - dating back to Wyoming Ave with his beloved beagle Daisy (I believe #1). Uncle Nick was a profound and wonderful role model to me and I thank him dearly. He motivated me to join the US Navy in 1977 in order to serve my country proudly (as he did). To this day, I still remember him cutting my hair "just as I wanted" (LOL). I have many found memories of surf fishing with Uncle Nick at the Jersey shore catching blow-fish. Oh, how he enjoyed fishing :-) When I worked at his Colonial Village stores, I always felt that I worked "with him" instead of for him... even though, lets face it - he was the owner so I actually worked for him (haha) although he never made me feel that way (and I know many other employees felt the same way about my Uncle Nick). While it seems like just yesterday (even though it was a month or so) we were together eating one of his favorite tomato pies from Corropolese!!! Even today, I still employ some of the same negotiating skills he taught me many, many years ago - (no, don't ask me about them as I'm sworn to secrecy).
Uncle Nick, I truly miss you and always will. Until we meet again in God's glory, may God bless and keep you. All my love, Bobby

My Dad was proud of his military service during the Korean War era. A 2nd Class Aviation Boatswain's Mate, he was chosen to participate in Target shooting competitions representing his ship, USS Kula Gulf - CVE-108.

To the entire Gulli family. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Nick. Nick was a wonderful person who could capture you with his smile and personality. He is now serving Our Lord with that laugh, smile and personality as he did his customers at Harbour Meats. May you rest in peace my dear friend.
