Obituary of John Edward Fisher

John E. Fisher, age 70, of Abington died on April 25, 2010. He was the beloved husband of Billie Jean (nee Knapp). He is also survived by his loving children and their spouses; Jason and Sue Fisher, Anita and CJ Malanga and Thomas and Linda Fisher, by his grandchildren; Monica, Julia, CC, Lily, Angelina and Isabella. Additionally, he is survived by three step-children, by his brother and sister-in-law, Walter and June Fisher and by his former wife, Jeanne. His memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, Baron Rowland Funeral Home, 1059 Old York Road, Abington, where relatives and friends will be received from 1:00 until the time of the service. John enjoyed caring for the wildlife that inhabited his backyard, and in lieu of flowers or contributions, he asked that others remember the needs of their local wildlife.
